Zoom Web UI Changes

Zoom is introducing a redesigned web portal (the interface you see when logging into Zoom via a web browser). The update makes the web version look and feel cleaner and more similar to the Zoom desktop application.

What Changes for Everyone (Students & Staff)
• Navigation moved to the top right:
• The old menu on the left side of the webpage is gone.
• You will now navigate using top-right icons:
Click this to open different Zoom products and settings (opens in a new tab).
Profile Icon: Click this to access your personal settings under "My account".

Everything personal is under "My account": Clicking "My account" from your profile icon takes you to a single place for your personal tools:

•Recordings & Transcripts: Access your cloud recordings.
•Summaries: View Zoom AI Companion meeting summaries.
•Settings & Profile: Update your profile info (photo, name) and manage your Zoom feature settings.
•Reports: View usage statistics for your meetings/webinars.
